MICROSOFT ACCOUNT
1- First you need to have a valid Microsoft account (like for Microsoft Office 2019)

2- Install Microsoft Teams
Click here to download Microsoft Teams for Desktop and install it:

To manage a Microsoft Teams go here:
https://myapplications.microsoft.com/
On the top left click on MY APPS then MY GROUPS
And here you can see the group members (add or delete a user)

MICROSOFT AZURE ACTIVE DIRECTORY
You can manage Microsoft Teams users inside Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

1 is to connect with Microsoft Teams
2- is to open SharePoint’s page
With Microsoft SharePoint, you can manage the content of the group
